Tucker time
Dinner tonight at a roadside stall near the main street. Chicken and potato cooked in a crispy tortilla, with a fried banana for dessert. It all pretty much goes on the one hot platter - beef, chicken, sausages, tortillas, potatos, huevos (eggs), and anything else seasonal. Absolutely delicious - and $5 for all four of us.
